Practical information

Project Cargo Summit 2019 took place on the 11th & 12th of September 2019 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We welcomed project cargo professionals from all over the world in the heart of the harbor. We look forward to next years’ edition, which will take place in September 2020!

Schedule edition 2019

The exhibition floor opened:
Wednesday 11th of September: 10.00 am – 06.00 pm
Thursday 12th of September: 10.00 am – 04.00 pm

The conference took place:
Wednesday 11th of September: 09.o0 am – 04.30 pm
Thursday 12th of September: 09.00 am – 04.00 pm

Networking drinks took place on:
Wednesday 11th of September: 04.00 pm – 06.00 pm
Thursday 12th of September: 14.30 am – 04.00 pm

On Wednesday 11th of September the networking drinks were followed by the networking dinner*and took place in the nearby Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre. Dinner took place on:
Wednesday 11th of September: 07.00 pm – 10.00 pm
* Attendance was optional. Please indicate at registration if you would like to attend against fee.

Accomodation
Inntel Hotels Rotterdam is our preferred hotel. Visitors of Project Cargo Summit 2019 could stay overnight against an attractive discount.

Waterbus
Departing from the stops Erasmusbrug, St. Jobshaven and Katendrecht, Waterbus 18 goes to RDM/Heijplaat. This fast catamaran takes you across in 15 minutes and departs twice every hour. To check the timetable, please visit the Waterbus website.
