Deadline: Friday, August 29 2025

This year’s Project Cargo Summit will focus on a vital element for the industry’s future: emerging talent.

The best practices for retaining and developing talent have been a critical discussion point among supply chain professionals in recent years. That is because, with the evolution of transportation, pressing needs are presented to companies: more customers to serve, increased demand for diverse and flexible solutions, as well as “out of the box” products that will help companies stand out.

All that occurs while the inflow of new, young and talented employees remains relatively low. While the discussion on how to attract and retain talent is ongoing, we want to take this opportunity to showcase the emerging talent within the industry, highlight areas of success, and celebrate the best practices that can lead to a bright career in the project cargo and breakbulk industry.
